Devesh has a deep background in international corporate strategy, operations and Mergers & Acquisitions. Born in India, he was raised and educated in France, worked in Germany and the United States and managed large investment projects all over the world. From 2008 to 2011, Devesh held high level executive positions with Commercial Metals Co. (CMC) a $7 billion, NYSE metals producer and trading company. He was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, IT and performance improvement initiatives, managing a head count of almost 400. Devesh’s role included determining the company’s target growth areas worldwide and ferreting out and completing acquisitions to accomplish those goals. Prior to CMC, Devesh spent a number of years at the US unit of Robert Bosch LLC, the multinational that is the world’s largest supplier of automotive components. At Bosch his roles included heading mergers and acquisitions in the Americas. He was responsible for acquiring 5 companies a year including target identification, presentation at the board of the investment thesis, due diligence and post-merger integration. His earlier background includes management positions in charge of IT, e-commerce and international operations. He holds a Baccalaureate from the University of Paris in Mathematics & Physics.
